If an unstable connection keeps a recording from starting, SuperIntern now tells you why. The meeting that failed to start disappears from your meeting list automatically once you're back online.

In case you forget to stop a recording, SuperIntern now checks in after 3 minutes without speech and stops recording 3 minutes later if you don't respond.

From Settings on the web, you can now move your completed Personal Workspace meetings into your private space in a Team Workspace you belong to.

When you label a speaker who wasn't identified automatically, SuperIntern now learns from that voice so they're easier to identify in later meetings.

Pick a microphone and system audio device under General in Settings, and every meeting recording starts with them.

When several people record the same meeting, only the first recording is auto-added to the project from the calendar event; the rest stay in each person's private space.

On the same device, switching to two-way translation in your next meeting starts with the two languages you chose last time.

In case you forget to stop a recording, it now stops automatically when it reaches 8 hours.

In live caption real-time translation, use the button on the divider to swap where the two languages appear.

On Desktop and Web, add people from recent and upcoming events in your connected calendar to a meeting and assign them to a speaker.

Create a project without picking an icon and SuperIntern now sets one that matches its name and description, making projects easier to tell apart in the sidebar.

Chat answers now show citation icons inline, so you can open the meeting or connected-app source behind each statement.

On Web and Desktop, open Chat to ask questions without selecting a meeting and resume past conversations from your chat history.

In Desktop notification settings, you can now choose when to receive calendar reminders and whether each app shows notifications or records automatically. Automatic recording in supported browsers requires the browser extension to be connected.

SuperIntern is now listed in the ChatGPT plugin directory. Ask ChatGPT about your meetings and it reads your meeting list, transcripts, AI summaries, and notes through a read-only connection. Open the listing.

Meetings that start recording automatically through the browser extension now link to the calendar event with the same meeting URL. The event name becomes the meeting title, and invitee-based speaker labeling is ready as soon as recording ends.

Muting your mic in a browser meeting also mutes the recording, and you can now turn that off in Desktop notification settings.

When you have SuperIntern open at login, its window no longer appears while your computer starts up. Open it from the menu bar or system tray icon.

Fixed an issue where post-meeting chat could fail to respond to questions about long meetings.

Introducing Rewind, a new way to revisit in-person conversations. Review conversations recorded in the background and upload the parts you need. Enable Rewind in Desktop settings.

On paid plans, linking a speaker to a participant can now register their voice when the audio meets the requirements. The registered voice is then used to automatically identify speakers in subsequent meetings that include that participant in the same workspace.

Summaries of meetings recorded or audio uploaded in Desktop now reflect speaker analysis results.

On Desktop and Web, search existing people by name or email, add them to the meeting, and assign them to a speaker.

New post-meeting chats use the summary saved when the chat begins alongside the transcript. After correcting names or details in your summary, start a new chat to ask questions using those changes. Edits made after a chat begins are not reflected in that chat.

Fixed an issue where a summary could stay in the analyzing state after generation failed and block regeneration. Stuck summaries can now be regenerated.

Fixed an issue where you were missing from speaker suggestions after linking your calendar event to a shared meeting.

Fixed an issue where SuperIntern could show a meeting-end notification while a Webex meeting was still in progress on macOS.

A new search field on the Dictionary tab lets you filter registered terms and translations by keyword, so you can find what you need even as your dictionary grows.

A new General setting lets you choose whether SuperIntern Desktop launches automatically when your computer starts. Turning it off, or removing SuperIntern from your OS login items, now persists across app restarts.

Before uploading an audio file, you can now change the meeting date and time to any point from the same date one year ago through the present. Choose a calendar event for that day next to the date field.

Use the left and right buttons to browse upcoming events without expanding the calendar list vertically. You can view up to 100 events.

When you paste Markdown created in AI chat or elsewhere into a meeting summary, headings, lists, links, code, and tables remain structured and editable.

You can now choose between pasting terms from a spreadsheet, CSV, or Markdown table and uploading an edited CSV template. Before adding them, you can edit or remove terms, categories, and translations in the preview.

SuperIntern now loads your account information and meeting list with less waiting when the Desktop app starts.

You can now choose a calendar event when uploading an audio file. The event name becomes the meeting title, and invitee-based speaker labeling works just like it does for recorded meetings. Event candidates come from the audio file's creation date, so you can pick the right event even for older recordings.

Uploading an audio file now offers automatic speaker detection, and it is the default. When you do not know how many people are in a recording, SuperIntern detects speakers the same way it does for meetings recorded in the app.

In Personalize, you can now delete a dictionary term, chat skill, or AI Canvas instruction directly from its row, without opening the edit dialog. A confirmation toast appears once the item is deleted.

For meetings linked to a calendar event, you can now label speakers by choosing from the event's invitees.

On Windows, recordings are now less likely to be cancelled immediately after you start them. SuperIntern waits a little longer for company-network setup, so recording can continue in those environments.

SuperIntern now begins capturing audio sooner after a recording is started.

On Windows, when audio-device state changes as recording starts, computer audio is now less likely to become inaudible or go missing from recordings and transcripts.

SuperIntern's MCP integration is now listed in Claude's connector directory. You can connect with one click from the listing by signing in with your SuperIntern account, with no connection URL to enter. See the setup guide.

In Desktop and Web, confirming text conversion with Enter no longer ends edits to chat history titles or speaker names. Web also prevents premature actions when editing meeting titles, sending chat messages in Safari, or editing summaries in Safari.

On unstable connections, SuperIntern now stops capturing audio without waiting for the connection to recover.

Live caption display settings now include Extra Large in addition to Small, Medium, and Large, so captions stay readable from farther away during screen sharing.

Downloads of summaries, transcripts, and notes as Markdown or text files are now less likely to fail during temporary network interruptions.

PDF exports of summaries and notes now render accented Latin text, Greek, and Cyrillic more consistently across environments.

Fixed an issue where an audio processing error for transcription could cause SuperIntern Desktop to quit during recording. Audio data continues to be saved after the affected processing path stops.

Set a project on a calendar event, and meetings you record from that event are placed in it automatically. For recurring events you can auto-add future instances as well, and the same setting applies when you link an event from a meeting's detail page.

You can now start recording directly from events that are in progress or about to begin in your upcoming list. Recordings started this way are linked to the event, so the title and participants are already in place.

Confirmations for moving meetings and calendar events between the team space and Private now name the destination and who will be able to see them. For calendar events, they also make clear which meetings are affected and which stay where they are.

Fixed an issue on macOS where a temporary microphone detection failure could prevent recording from starting.

Fixed an issue on Windows where the app could quit unexpectedly when a microphone or headset was disconnected during recording.

Fixed an issue in the project selector for meetings and calendar events where moving between team and private spaces could close before the confirmation appeared, leaving the meeting unmoved. The confirmation now stays until you answer it.

Fixed an issue on Windows where text fields such as project name editing stopped accepting input after closing a confirmation dialog. You can now keep typing without restarting the app.

Fixed an issue on Windows where recordings could use a different microphone even while a headset was connected. SuperIntern now prefers the microphone set for communications and follows changes made during a meeting.

Fixed an issue where calendar event sync could not recover after the connection credentials became invalid. Settings now shows when reauthorization is required so you can reconnect and resume syncing.

On Desktop, you can now link a calendar event from the same day to an existing meeting from its detail page. You can also change or remove the linked event.

Select text in a meeting summary to replace every matching occurrence at once. You can then add the corrected term to your transcription dictionary without leaving the summary.

You can now edit meeting summaries directly on Web and Desktop. Collaborative editing with team members is also supported.

If an unexpected app exit or another issue leaves a meeting stuck in progress, you can now complete it from the meeting list while keeping the saved transcript.

Recording is now less likely to fail during startup on company networks and proxy environments. If cloud upload fails when a recording starts or while it is in progress, SuperIntern continues saving audio on the device and retries automatically after the connection recovers.

Each new recording now starts by following your operating system's default microphone and speaker, instead of carrying over the device selected for the previous recording.

SuperIntern MCP is now less likely to hit rate limits when retrieving multi-page transcripts from long meetings or comparing several meetings in sequence.

Fixed an issue where a microphone or speaker selected during recording could unexpectedly switch back to the operating system default.

Fixed an issue on macOS where silence during a conversation could be mistaken for stopped audio capture, triggering a restart that could leave gaps in recordings or transcripts.

Improved recovery on macOS after system audio capture is interrupted, helping audio return to recordings and transcripts.

AI Canvas now captures decisions and actions more reliably, at a level of detail that is easy to review after the meeting.

Improved an issue in real-time translation where a continuous utterance could be displayed as a series of short sentence fragments.

SuperIntern now finishes stopping an active recording before the Desktop app exits or restarts. If the app closes unexpectedly and a recording remains on the device, recovery is queued for the next launch.

If a meeting has no transcript but a saved recording is available, you can now create one from the Transcript tab in meeting details. The recording remains unchanged.

Fixed an issue where an interrupted meeting audio download could be reported as complete even when data was missing from the .m4a file. Incomplete files are now reported as failed downloads.

If an automatic recording upload retry cannot recover and the saved audio remains on this device, you can now manually re-upload it from the meeting list.

Improved transcript saving to reduce missing transcripts in some recordings.

You can now choose email, Google, or Microsoft from the Desktop app’s sign-in screen. Email authentication can be completed in the app with the six-digit code sent to you; Google and Microsoft sign-in continues in your browser.

During brief network interruptions, SuperIntern now holds captured audio temporarily and sends it for transcription after the connection recovers.

When a new version is available in Microsoft Store, SuperIntern Desktop shows an update notice in a notification and the sidebar. Select “Check” to open Microsoft Store.

Temporary network errors are now less likely to interrupt your session or sign you out unnecessarily.

Fixed an issue where recording could remain in the stopping state for an extended time when the final upload failed. Saved audio is queued for automatic retry.

You can now connect Outlook Calendar to SuperIntern and sync your events. If Google Calendar is also connected, you can manage both connections and which calendars are displayed together in Settings.

Echo cancellation is now available on macOS and Windows. When the microphone picks up the other participant's voice from the speakers, duplicate speech is less likely to appear in recordings and transcripts.

You can now sign in to SuperIntern or create a new account using your Microsoft account.

When an audio file has an available creation date, SuperIntern now uses it as the meeting start time and shows it before upload. Uploaded recordings can then be listed and searched using the file date.

SuperIntern Desktop can now connect through company proxies that require Basic authentication for sign-in and recording. When authentication is needed, the app guides you through the setup.

Improved transcript timing alignment with the recording after a network interruption or live translation change. Speech before and after reconnection remains separated into distinct transcript segments.

If the network connection is temporarily interrupted during a meeting, recording and transcription can continue after the connection returns. If a live translation setting change fails, the previous setting is preserved.

If system load interrupts the other participant's audio during recording on macOS, SuperIntern now automatically restarts audio capture.

Noise cancellation now reduces more background noise picked up by the microphone, making recorded speech easier to hear.

Fixed an issue that could prevent recording from starting in the Microsoft Store version on some PCs.

Fixed an issue on macOS where the beginning of the next statement could be missing from recordings and transcripts after the other participant had been silent for a while.

The setup window now fits on Windows PCs with increased display scaling. Permission buttons and other controls remain visible so you can complete setup.

Fixed an issue that prevented Claude Desktop and claude.ai from connecting to SuperIntern's MCP server. You can access meeting transcripts, summaries, and notes from Claude.

Meeting summaries now consistently open with an overview of the full conversation. Each timestamp stays with the corresponding note, and speakers with the same display name remain distinct.

Drag projects in the sidebar to arrange them in any order. Your order is saved to your account and reflected on your other devices.

MCP-compatible AI tools can access your SuperIntern meeting information, transcripts, summaries, and notes through a read-only connection. See the setup guide.

SuperIntern now displays a warning during recording when the operating system's microphone input volume is too low. You can open the sound settings from the warning and adjust it.

Meeting keyword search results now show an excerpt containing the matching term, so you can check the relevant context before opening the meeting.

If a temporary network issue stops a recording upload, SuperIntern now retries automatically when the app starts or after the connection is restored.

Fixed an issue where audio from other participants in the Teams desktop app on Windows could be missing from recordings and transcripts.

You can upload or remove your profile picture from Settings. This makes it easier to identify people in shared meetings and workspaces.

Choose any combination of 24 icons and 9 colors for each project. This makes it easier to find the project you need in the sidebar. See all four updates with images.

The recording control bar now shows a waveform that moves with the incoming audio. You can check on the spot whether audio is reaching SuperIntern.

You can delete unwanted meetings directly from the “⋯” menu in the meeting list. This lets you organize the list without opening each meeting.
